Xilot is a digital service. There is no physical shipping — your access is delivered electronically and activated instantly on successful payment.

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
Xilot, operated by Credible Arena, is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We provide digital services only — there are no physical products, and nothing is shipped or couriered. Accordingly, no shipping or handling charges apply to any purchase.
2. Service Delivery & Activation
- Access to Xilot is delivered electronically through our web application at app.xilot.app.
- On successful registration and payment, your plan is activated instantly (typically within a few minutes), and the corresponding features become available in your account.
- Prepaid wallet top-ups for messaging and AI usage are credited to your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
- Account and billing confirmations are sent to the email address registered on your account.
3. Delivery Timeline
Because delivery is fully digital, activation is effectively instant on successful payment. If a payment succeeds but your plan or wallet balance is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how failed or duplicate payments are handled.
4. Service Availability
Once activated, the Services are available on a 24/7 basis, subject to scheduled maintenance and the availability of connected third-party platforms (such as Meta/WhatsApp and telecom providers). See our Terms of Service for details on availability and support.
