Cancellation & Refunds
We provide a free demo account before you subscribe, so you can evaluate Xilot in full. As a result, subscription fees and prepaid wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

1. Our Approach — Try Before You Pay
Xilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Credible Arena. Because the entire product can be evaluated before any payment is made, we operate a no-refund policy on subscription and usage charges. This policy explains exactly how cancellations and refunds are handled so there are no surprises.
By subscribing to a paid plan or adding funds to your messaging wallet, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Free Demo Account Before Subscription
We provide a free demo / trial account before you subscribe, so you can fully evaluate the platform, its features, channels, and suitability for your business at no cost. We strongly encourage you to use the demo to confirm Xilot meets your requirements before purchasing.
Because a complete evaluation is available up front, we do not refund any amount once a subscription has been purchased.
3. Subscription Fees — Non-Refundable
- All subscription fees (monthly, annual, or any other billing cycle) are non-refundable once paid.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused time, downgrades, or for periods in which you did not use the Services.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of usage, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; the amount paid for an upgrade is likewise non-refundable.
4. Prepaid Wallet & Usage Charges — Non-Refundable
Certain channels and features — including WhatsApp conversations, SMS, RCS, email, and AI usage — are billed on a prepaid wallet / pay-as-you-go basis at the rates shown in-app. Funds you add to your wallet are consumed as you use those services.
- Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and non-withdrawable once added.
- Amounts already spent on delivered messages, conversations, or AI usage cannot be refunded.
- Third-party pass-through charges (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp conversation fees, telecom/SMS fees) are set by those providers and are non-refundable.
- Unused wallet balance remains available for use within your account but is not refundable to your original payment method.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal — you will not be charged again after you cancel.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; access is not cut off early.
- No pro-rata or partial refund is issued for the remaining, unused portion of the current billing period.
- To cancel, manage your plan in-app under Billing/Subscription, or email info@crediblearena.com and we will assist.
6. Failed, Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
The no-refund policy applies to delivered services. It does not apply to genuine billing errors. We will review and, where verified, refund:
- Duplicate charges — where you were billed more than once for the same subscription or top-up.
- Failed transactions — where an amount was debited but the subscription or wallet credit was not applied to your account.
- Incorrect charges — a verified billing error on our side.
To request review, email info@crediblearena.com with your account email and the payment reference / transaction ID within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@crediblearena.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date below will change accordingly, and material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
